5 Weight Loss Tips That You Should Know

Finally I'm back! First things first I wanted to say sorry to all of you because not being able to write 2 post for this week,  for this week I only write 1 post. The reasons why is I've been sick for this passed couple of days, and obviously the another reasons is SCHOOL lately there's so many exam so I had to study to get a good grade, but the main reasons is because I'm sick. Not to worry I promise you guys I will write 2 post every weeks except for this week of course. So without further adieu let's get into the post..


Okay so I'm pretty sure that most of you are always planning to loss some weight "Today I will go to the gym!" "Starting today there will be no junk food, only healthy food!" but when you see junk food it's all failed (me obviously is like that). So today for this post I search high and low for the most effective diet tips, let's get into it.


  1. Start Small

    We wanted to loss weight so fast like so we start to doing exercise 100 jumping jacks, 100 plank, 50 sit-up, but that won't work cause usually you just do that for like 3 days and that's it no more. The best tips for losing weight is "start small" like example:
    • Start doing jogging for 15 minutes, and worked out for about 30minutes, and then you can always increased it every day.  


    You don't need to do 100 sit-up, 50 push-up everyday to loss weight. You can also start with a small exercise like 20 jumping jacks and start jogging. So I suggest you to start small. Or if you to lazy to jogging there's more fun way you can download pokemon go then you can walk or run to find the pokemon.



    2. Switch Out Bad Snacks With A Good Snack

     If you usually eat candy bar, chocolate, potato chips, and the other junk food. Switch it to protein bar, protein shakes, yogurt, fruit. It will be much healthier and it's taste good actually and it will make you loss some weight too.     3. Buy A Cute Work-Out Outfit


        Hmm.. maybe this tips is a little bit silly. But tbh it's really important too, because it will be your inspiration, if you had a cute outfit you will always wonder "When will I use this outfit?" it's a work-out outfit so you always will always think about work-out. The outfit will be your reminder too.

    You can buy a cute work-out outfit at H&M, FOREVER 21 at their work-out section or you can go to sport clothing store (NIKE, ADIDAS, etc)



     4. Cook For Yourself


    Start cooking healthy food for yourself like example you can make a salad with grill chicken breast. If you cook for yourself you can make a more healthy choice from the food you usually eat like you usually eat a chicken sandwich start to make it with turkey meat.

     5. Stop Drinking Soda, Start Drinking Water


    If you drink a glass of water before your meal it will help you reduce your appetite. Drinking water will help to maintain your body health. You have to consume at least 8 glass of water a day there's so many reasons why you should drink 8 glass of waters a day, you can google the reasons if you want to know more about it.

    But if you don't really like water cause it's taste plain you can add some fruit to make it even more healthy it's called infused water, like strawberry, lemon, kiwi, etc.
