I've been wanting to write about 5 Healthy Delicious Snacks That Easy To Make, because for me snacks are literally my life I can't live without it (guilty for that). But snacks are not always healthy, right? like I always find myself eating potato chips, chocolate bar, and so many unhealthy things. So.. like the usual I'm searching around the web to find the most easiest healthy snacks that we can make.
If you're wondering what kind of healthy snacks I will tell you about there's only one way to find out, you have to read it. So.. Here it is.

But snacks are not always healthy, right? like I always find myself eating potato chips, chocolate bar, and so many unhealthy things. So.. like the usual I'm searching around the web to find the most easiest healthy snacks that we can make.
If you're wondering what kind of healthy snacks I will tell you about there's only one way to find out, you have to read it. So.. Here it is.
Strawberry Yogurt Bark
It's only took 2 ingredients for making this strawberry yogurt bark. The taste of strawberry yogurt bark is really refreshing.
Ingredients :
- Yogurt (any kind)
- Strawberry
How to Make :
- You will need a flat pan or you can just use plate then cover the flat pan or plate using parchment paper.
- Spread the yogurt evenly, but you have to make sure that it's not to thin (cause it will breaks easily) and not to thick.
- Then you can sprinkle it with the strawberry or even nuts or any other fruit you like.
- The last things you have to do is put it into the freezer for a few hours then after it freeze you an take it out.
and here's the finish result.
2. Fro-yo Bites
Okay for this fro-yo bites you also only need 2 ingredients, and the ingredients are basically the same.
Ingredients :
- Greek Vanilla Yogurt (or any kind of yogurt you like)
- Fruit (strawberry, raspberries, etc)
How To Make :
- Mash the fruit with fork until you get the texture that you like.
- After that you can combine the yogurt and the fruit together.
- Then place the yogurt and fruit that you already combine into the ice cubes mold.
- Place it in the freezer (6 hours or maybe overnight)
Here's the final results, doesn't it looks yummy?^^
3. Tiny Spinach Ball
This recipe is delicious, healthy and easy at the same time.
Ingredients :
- Stuffing crumbs
- Frozen spinach
- Onion
- Egg
- Melted butter
- Parmesan cheese (or any cheese)
How To Make :
- All you have to do is just combine all of the ingredients and then roll them up into a tiny spinach ball.
- Then you put your tiny spinach ball on your baking tray.
Tips:
You can either freeze you tiny spinach ball into the freezer, then store them in zip-lock plastic bag. Afer that you can oven or microwave your tiny spinach ball whenever you want to eat it.
4. Baked Potato Chip
It's the healthier of potato chips. Oh and it's easy to make^^
Ingredients :
- 1 pounds or 1/2 pounds sweet potatoes
- 1/3 cup of olive oil
How To Make :
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
- Cut the sweet potatoes into a thin pieces you can use knife.
- Then put the sweet potatoes that you already cut into thin pieces into a large bowl, then pour the olive oil (make sure all the sweet potatoes had cover by the olive oil).
- Don't forget to sprinkle some salt or even pepper into the chips.
- Cover the baking tray with parchment paper, and then places all the potatoes chips.
- Bake for around 20-25 minutes.
You can took it out of the oven when the chips looks like this.
5. Healthy Grill Cheese
Who doesn't love cheese? right? am i right? That's why I searching for a healthier version of grilled cheese.
Ingredients :
- 2 slices whole wheat bread or sour dough bread
- Avocado
- Tomato
- Mozzarella cheese or Gruyere cheese
- Pepper and salt
- Salted Butter
How To Make :
- Put all the ingredients into 1 slice of bread, then cover it with the another slice of bread.
- Then you can cook the bread.
